It is a fun, uplifting dance workout to modern club music and hot drum rhythms using exciting Egyptian, Turkish and Moroccan bellydance moves. Participants get fit as they learn flowing dance sequences. Routines assist co-ordination and fitness with description of various bellydance rhythms and techniques. It improves wellbeing and is a fun workout.
