Keti Sharif's Pulse8 Fitness Programs
Trained at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Keti Sharif has created three Pulse8 workouts - Club Bellydance, Body Temple Yoga and Power Latin. Based on Keti's A-Z routines and dynamic dance sequences, Pulse8 incorporates modern combinations of Bellydance, Yoga & Latin dance moves for strength, suppleness and stamina. Pulse8 improves co-ordination and balance and is a great workout for everyone. Participants can work at their own level.
Safety and NATURAL body moves come first!
Pulse8 programs are completely SAFE for joints, especially back and knees. All moves are low impact, grounded and presented in flowing sequence. They follow the body's natural planes of movement. You'll be amazed at the level of intensity your body will be working at!
Why was Pulse8 created?
Keti knows that many women don't like the gym and traditional aerobics classes - yet love to dance! These programs are uplifting, fun and easy to follow - providing an exciting form of exercise with variety and laughter! Keti believes that exercise should be fun and adapatable to the level of energy one is feeling on any particular day - Body Temple (easy stretching), Club Bellydance (medium dance) & Power-Latin (challenging cardio). Keti encourages each participant to do their best, and that your best will fluctuate from day to day. Pulse8 gives you choice!
