Q - How can I do the Pulse8 Fitness programs - in class or at home?
A - Visit our class listing to find out if there are any classes being conducted in Gyms, Fitness centres or Private Studios in 2007. Or you can practice at home NOW with the WDA 45 minute DVD workout with 15 minutes of each program. Purchase safely with secure server on line.

Q - How are Pulse8 classes different to regular fitness classes?

A - Pulse8 offers three fun dance workouts based on Keti Sharif's A-Z routines. Club dance music has been especially composed in Cairo by Omar Kamel for the programs. Its easy to follow and feels fun and organic as you do the workout! If you don't like 'aerobics' or the gym, but love to dance - you'll probably like Pulse8.


Q - Do I have to be fit to start classes?
A - No, but fitness is the goal, so you can use Pulse8 safely to get fit and into good shape. It is fully low impact and safe for knees and back.
We provide a suggested 'get fit' 4 week program on-line that you can do at home.

Q - Do I need to go to all three classes, Club Bellydance, Body Temple and Power Latin to get full benefits?

A - No, you can just do one if you wish, b
ut we offer three for variety! Club Bellydance is great for overall conditioning and fitness, Power Latin is the most energetic cardio workout and Body Temple is yoga based for strengthening, flexibility and toning. Of course, if you can do one of each a week though, you will be getting your strength, stamina and suppleness in perfect balance.

Q - Do I need to wear anything specific?
A - Any comfortable exercise wear is fine. We suggest stretch pants and a crop top. Hip scarves and shoes are optional. We will have a range of Pulse8
tops, pants, latin skirts and hip belts out soon. We also have sports towels and canvas bags. To Pulse8 Body Temple, bring a towel or Yoga mat.

Q - Do you have programs for pregnancy, seniors or children?
A - Yes, in 2007 we have GLOW - a special Pulse8 program designed for pregnant women and seniors. Plus a children's program called ZESTY! More info on these programs will be out soon.
